Through various OJT and training, we have prepared education programs that suit each employee. In accordance with the career design set by each employee, we grasp individual worker needs through self-reporting and consultations. In addition, we suitably assign and promote employees through fair performance appraisals.
With our unique human resources training management cycle, we train professional cooks who have practical skills.
2Hygiene Management
Toyo Foods has constructed a hygiene management system in which work sites and headquarters work as one. At our hygiene department and headquarters, we employ many experienced food hygiene observers and cooking technique instructors who have a lot of on-site experience.
We have continued to have no instances of food poisoning for 57 years since our founding.
3Contributing to Communities
We continue to walk forward with local communities in order to contribute to the further development and revitalization of local economies. We do this through actively using local products, creating employment opportunities locally, cooperating with local companies, and working on events and volunteer activities closely with the local community.

4Disaster Support
Our company has set up crisis management structures backed up with experience in order to swiftly respond to emergency situations, including earthquakes and local heavy rains. Through securing unique supply procurement routes and implementing disaster training, we have increased the effectiveness of our disaster response measures.
