We stably procure select ingredients through our original networks.

Daito Shoji handles all resource procurement for Toyo Foods group companies. With locations in Chiyoda City in Tokyo and Kawagoe City in Saitama and through unified management of orders from Toyo Foods group companies, we realize stable procurement. Utilizing our original procurement networks, we have built an extensive supply system that covers food, equipment, and consumables. For example, through direct contracts with rice suppliers in Yamagata Prefecture, we support the food safety efforts of our group companies by ensuring a stable year-round supply of high-quality rice, including rice grown with reduced pesticide use, and by providing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other product information for equipment, supplies, and consumables.

We offer food supplies through a central kitchen format. We handle customer needs with careful detail when providing school lunches for elementary and middle schools. In addition to providing school events such as table manners classes and buffet school lunches, we also teach about allergies and provide partial religious diet education. We also handle the sales of boil-in-the-bag foods in our company group’s eating out business. We will continue to respond to customer voices through greatly expanding our business.
